Hilcrest Center for the Arts Who We Are

Hillcrest Center for the Arts is the home to the CRPD Cultural Unit. The Hillcrest Center for the Arts is proud to function as the park district's connection to professional and quality community theatre, performing and fine arts classes for youth and adults, summer camps for youth, rental program for arts and cultural groups, elementary music programs, cultural programming, fitness classes, and music and dance performances of all kinds.

With a small but dedicated staff, we keep the building humming along (sometimes literally) and look forward to talking with you or seeing you very soon!

We are very proud to manage and produce our own resident theatre company the Young Artists Ensemble, The Hillcrest Players, Teen Drama and Teen Summer Musical programs which feature annual performances from the talented youth in the community.
