Class Description

Pilates helps to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, healthy joint articulation, and breath awareness. It also helps to alleviate back and hip problems and is a great complement to many forms of exercise. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities as modifications will be shown. You’ll need a thick Pilates mat, magic circle, resistance band. Jenny's Healing Yoga (www.jennyshealingyoga.com). 2 hours.
