Class Description

For first time Tai Chi students. Learn the basic elements: the tai chi walk and shifting of weight while improving balance, strength, and grace. Gradually learn the 24 patterns of Yang Style. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. 1 hour.
